CORONAVIRUS UPDATE

To Our Valued Customers:

The Jilco Family wants to assure you that our focus continues to remain on employee and customer safety. We are continuing with extensive cleansing and disinfection in our facility as recommended by health authorities. If any of us is experiencing any symptoms at all, however mild, we will stay home. We ask that, again in accordance with the best guidance available, you do the same. Since our inception in 1982, our mission of motivating our employees to be courteous, responsible and safe remains steadfast. To that end, we are continuing with elevated protocols to ensure our business transactions now and in the future meet and exceed the guidelines established by the CDC.

At the present time our business is now open for all our valued customers. If you prefer to interface with us through video conferencing or FaceTime, please know we are able to facilitate such transactions as well.

During this time period we will also initiate a “Curbside Delivery” protocol where our Delivery Team will be not be entering households, but will be leaving your orders in a garage, shed etc. We are hopeful this adjustment will assist in helping all of us return to the business environment we are most accustomed to.
